So before I went to Kentucky I hurt my foot. I didn’t remember doing anything to make it hurt but, I’m a clutz so that is nothing new. But, knowing that I was leaving I just ignored it. I went to work Monday & Tuesday but, on Tuesday my foot hurt so bad I gave in and called the doctor. Wednesday after work I went to the doctor and she pulled me out of work until Monday & ordered x-rays. The x-rays show no breaks but, lots of inflammation so I have basically been sitting on my ass for 4 days now and it has driven me nuts!

Yesterday I did help my Mom start clearing more stuff out of the 3rd bedroom that will eventually be mine. We were at it for awhile before my foot started hurting. We ended up doing a girls night dinner & a movie since Mom’s boyfriend was at work for a 16 hour shift and Kidlet was with her father.

In the process of room clearing my Mom found the iPod that she bought herself awhile back so I spent my day today getting that set up for her and adding a bunch of music to it. I also ordered prints online of a bunch of the pictures that I took while in Kentucky this year and last and also, Jenn’s trip here last year. I also made a collage of the pictures that only have us together and I can’t wait to see it.

Now, I feel as though I actually accomplished something on my extra time off lol.

I still have to figure out what I am going to make for dinner tonight after Kidlet gets home but, I think I will let her help me tonight so that we can have a little Mother & Daughter time.
