So I have been super busy at work lately. Last week I did just about 50 hours which included 8 hours of training on our new register & inventory system & quite a few shifts with only 8 hu0rs between the time I got off one shift and started another.

So, I think it is really the end of an era at work .. with all the new equipment & cameras I don’t think I can bring my laptop with me so that I can use the internet.

I had to be at work by 6:30 this morning even though the store didn’t open until 9 because they were supposed to come in at 7 and scan everything in the store and get us up and online. But, at 7am I get the phone call from our “fearless leader” aka district manager that they decided to start at a different store. Which was lovely .. I got up before 5am for NOTHING!

I did get some practice in on the register but, we really didn’t have many customers. Tomorrow we get our shipment and then I will be receiving all the dvds etc into the system which will be interesting.

It is just going to drive me nuts this week though because we are going to shadowed by trainers all week. The trainers are all basically snitches to the bigwigs at corporate .. so I will be bored and pissed off all week.

I’m not sure how often I will be able to actually update in the next week or so. Hell, I still have to set up my posts for music monday, recepie sunday & wordless wendnesday for the month .. I’m such a slacker lol
