So, on Monday I went to Kdawg’s tattoo shop so that she could practice tattooing on me .. that was an experience let me tell you.

I wanted to get the constellation of Scorpio with some swirls as background to the Scorpio symbol on my right wrist also, Kdawg was going to redo the purple in the Scorpio symbol as well.

The stencil got put on then she decided to touch up the purple in the Scorpio symbol first .. dumb idea! She ended up wiping most of the stencil off before she even started to rest of the tattoo. She then used the stencil pen to draw the inner diamonds to the stars .. but when she tattooed over it with the orange the purple stayed underneath it. I also welted up really bad .. I am surprised the diamonds look as “normal” as they do since it was hard to see what she was doing with all the swelling.

Right now I feel like the tattoo looks like I let a 5 year old attack me with markers. The swirls look good but the stars look like shit right now. They are looking better each day but, I know Kdawg is going to have to a lot of touch up before I feel like this tattoo looks good. I am hoping the yellow & orange fades more when it is done healing .. or else Kdawg’s boss is going to have to fix this.

I am also hoping that in the next few weeks Kdawg gets more practice in since I want her to do neon pink bows on the backs of my thighs to look like the thigh high stocking bows before Halloween.

This is what happens when I get too excited about a “free” tattoo …
