Can someone please send me on a vacation from motherhood .. just for like 24 hours? Kidlet woke me up at 3:30 am (after I had just started to fall asleep) and told me that she didn’t feel good and thought that she was going to throw up. I so just blinked at her thinking “Why did you tell me that you thought you were gonna be sick why not just go into the bathroom?”.

She then continued to throw up for awhile and had me lay down with her on the couch. Let me tell you that it is not comfortable to fall sleep sitting up on my couch. Needless to say Kidlet didn’t go to school today. She has been alternating sleeping on the couch and laying in bed with me all day.

Then to top it all off K’s daughter has had a infectionless fever for over a month. They did blood work today and then they had to go for a chest xray at the hospital. They don’t know what it is but, it maybe some from of lukemia or cancer. Hopefully they get the results of the xray tomorrow.

I just need a vacation from all of this!
