So, as some of you know last month was a rough month for me between getting back on depression meds, my grandfathers death etc.

Usually I pay my mortgage two months at a time. Yesterday I realized that I only had the money to pay for one month because of my lost wages from time off and also funeral expenses.

I contacted my mortgage company and told them my situation and let them know I don’t want to lose my house to forclosure. I paid for September and they got a budget for me and now until march I can pay an extra $150 per month to pay the October payment. I can pay off October at anytime and then go back to my regular payments too.

They even said that if i have any other financial hardship to call them and they could take a few months payments and just throw them onto the end of the mortgage (23 years from now lol) to give me a break.
