Starting this week my child and I will actually be able to sleep in our own beds and eat at home 4 nights a week. We haven’t been able to spend this much time at home since I was either on Vacation or working my old day job.
I have to get my body on a semi normal schedule. I have been working nights and staying up late and sleeping during the day for almost 3 years.
This so called normal daytime job is screwing with my body completly. I have never ever been a morning person since day one. I remember my mother screaming at me directly in my ear each morning to get up .. and I didn’t even hear her.
My alarm is set for 5:00 5:15 5:30 5:45 and 6:00. What time do you think I actually finally wake up? If you guessed 7:45 then you were right.
I also finally made a switch for my Primary Care Physician and got an appointment for later this week. I can’t wait to go see her so that I can get on some allergy medicine and hopefully get something equal to the lexipro that I was on.
Anyway, I am off to go throw some laundry in before I hit the sack for the night but, maybe I will blog again tomorrow .. although I have to work both jobs tonight.
Sorry to hear for your problems. But once you get into the way of things everything should get back to normal hopefully…
I'm glad to see that you will be able to spend more time at home with your child. That's always important. My mom was a single mom with me and she had such a hard time working, sleeping and being with me but somehow she did it.
Well I hope you figure out a way that works for you to wake up in the morning. I'm glad you can spend more time with your son. Have fun.
oops i wrote the wrong code…
now i don't want to comment again.
i will just say: i can relate to your urges in finding normalism when it comes to sleeping patterns. i hope one day bpth of us reach our goals!
