Crappy Customer Service

So I have been having a huge issue with my reseller account (that isn’t with this site’s hosting company). BellaBook and also contact forms are getting errors.

I’ve recently had a problem will my php forms processing. My guestbook is located at http://www..com/BellaBook. I had this as well as a email form script hosted on my personal domain under this account. They worked up until recently and nothing with the scripts has been changed so I wanted to verify that it was not a server issue.

I’ve sent this ticket to one of our technicians. It is a permissions issue.
Please allow a couple of hours and they should have it fixed up for you.

http://www..com/BellaBook/sign.php?page=process still does not.

Is there any progress on this issue at all? It has been ten days since the first trouble ticket was put in. This is not only affecting my personal site but, sites that I have sold hosting to.

It has been 14 days since the first helpdesk ticket was submitted and 8 since the last staff response. The problem is still occurring. Is there any idea of when this problem will actually be fixed?

I still have not hear anything what so ever from these people to I got completely fed up and sent them a regular email:

Re support ticket # EFG-95494

This help desk ticket was opened originally on February 24th. The last response received was on March 2nd just stating that the problem would be looked into again. I have responded twice since then on March 5th & March 10th. I have not heard anything about what the status is with this problem in 10 days. It should not take 17 days to find out the problem and respond.

This is utterly insane. You people provide a service that people are paying for. 17 days so far to get somewhere? I have never had said hosting company provide service that is this damn horrible. So, now I am stuck trying to find another affordable reseller account and move all the clients from the old server to a new one. I am so angry that I could show up at their offices if they actually had a street address listed.

  2. That's ridiculous that 17 days have gone by and the error is still there. Anyway, good luck with finding another reseller; hopefully the next one will have a better staff than the one you're on now.

  3. I'm starting to hate some hosting companies now. My previous host were terrible { with billing and everything }. I wish you luck in finding new space…
