The applicant must meet the following criteria. Upon meeting said criteria, answers to the following questions will be reviewed.

Criteria:
- Applicant must be between the ages of 0 and 30 years old (let’s try to keep it fairly legal here. closer you are to my age, the better, but don’t let it deter you. in my book, age is just a number.)
- Applicant must be intelligent, communicative, conversant. (and watch the typos!)
- Applicant must have a good sense of humor, boring people are not my thing. (make your application fun/silly/awesome!)
- Applicant must be open minded, or else things are just not going to work out.
- Applicant must have good hygiene. if you smell, look elsewhere.
- Applicant must have a love for life. I like experiencing new things and people who have something to teach me.
- Applicant must be looking for a give and take, meaningful relationship.

Questions:
1. Why are you interested in being with me?
2. What do you do for fun, and what makes you happy?
3. List your 3 best qualities and why they important in a relationship.
4. List your 3 worst qualities and how you feel might pertain to “us.”
5. Are you on good terms with any of your exs? why or why not?
6. Describe a date you would like to take me on.
7. How self-sufficient are you? (car, job, etc.? I’m neither an atm or a chauffeur. I’d like a man to take me out! but you won’t always have to pay. I’m a working girl, too.)
8. What’s the longest relationship you have ever been in?
9. Tell me why you are the perfect person for me.
10. Miscellaneous: Anything else you’d like to share?
